Amy Mitchell is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through ANCC since 2019. She earned her Bachelor of Science with a major in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University and Master of Science in Nursing from The University Texas at Arlington. She has practiced since 2007 starting at John Peter Smith Hospital as a registered nurse in their trauma residency program. She is married, has three children, and three grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, crocheting, and being surrounded by her many books and animals she loves.
