Dr. Haefeli earned a BS in Biology from Texas A&M in 1976, and following two years of hyperbaric medicine graduate work he earned his medical degree from UT Southwestern in 1982. He completed his family medicine residency at John Peter Smith hospital in Fort Worth and co-founded North Tarrant Family Practice on August 5th, 1985, where he has been practicing for 35 years. Dr. Haefeli is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, and also serves at Medical City North Hills as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Hospital Ethics Committee. In his spare time, Dr. Haefeli enjoys camping, fishing, scuba diving, and using his Ham Radio. He is married and is the proud father of two children and one fur baby.
