Dr. Kirby attended the University of Virginia, where she earned a BS in Biology. She then earned her medical degree at East Tennessee State University and completed her residency at Johnson City Medical Center in Johnson City, Tennessee. Dr. Kirby is board certified by the American Board of Family Physicians and has been a member of NTFP since 2003. In her free time, she enjoys racecar driving, attending NASCAR races and country music festivals, and cheering on her Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys.
